The court orders the parties to file their case management report on June 27, 2022

Vancouver, B.C., Canada – June 24, 2022 – Deep-South Resources Inc. (“Deep-South” or “the Company”) (TSX-V: DSM) reports that at the hearing held on June 23, 2022, the court ordered the parties to file their Case Management report by June 27, 2022.

The next Case Management hearing will be held on June 30, 2022.

The Case Management hearing serves to prepare the final hearing. Several aspects can be discussed at the Case Management hearing such as the number of days required for the final hearing, any issues that are likely to facilitate a just and speedy resolution of the case or potential settlement prospects.

The Company will provide regular updates in this regard and any other matter concerning this situation.
